Terms and Conditions of Product Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders are delivered via DPD or OMNIVA courier services. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after order confirmation. Delivery within 1-5 working days.

Latvia:

• Delivery method: Omniva pick-up – €3,00
• Delivery method: DPD pick-up – €3,50
• Free delivery is available for purchases over €49,00

Lithuania and Estonia:

• Delivery method: Omniva pick-up – €6,99

Returns

• The return period is 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
• To return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Please contact us at [email protected] to receive the return form and instructions.
• The Buyer covers costs associated with returning the goods due to Buyer’s cancellation;
• The seller refunds the money to the Buyer’s bank account within 10 working days of receiving the goods.

Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at [email protected] to inform us of your decision and receive the withdrawal form and instructions.
• The Buyer covers costs associated with returning the goods;
• The seller refunds the money to the Buyer’s bank account within 10 working days of receiving the goods.

Please note that the rights to return goods and withdraw them may be limited or subject to change depending on the product type and terms.
